【兒歌】For He's a Jolly Good Fellow
The Bear Went Over the Mountain也是使用同樣的旋律。
這首歌是英語世界裡的第二流行名曲,僅次於Happy Birthday to you。
排名第三的是新年歌Auld Lang Syne。
Auld Lang Syne
For He's a Jolly Good Fellow
For He's a Jolly Good Fellow

lyrics
You put your right foot in,
You put your right foot out,
You put your right foot in
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey
And you turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.
You put your left foot in,
You put your left foot out,
You put your left foot in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey
And you turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.
You put your right hand in,
You put your right hand out,
You put your right hand in
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey
And you turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.
You put your left hand in,
You put your left hand out,
You put your left hand in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey
And you turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.
You put your right shoulder in,
You put your right shoulder out,
You put your right shoulder in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey
And you turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.
You put your left shoulder in,
You put your left shoulder out,
You put your left shoulder in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey
And you turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.
You put your right hip in,
You put your right hip out,
You put your right hip in
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey
And you turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.
You put your left hip in,
You put your left hip out,
You put your left hip in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey
And you turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.
You put your whole self in,
You put your whole self out,
You put your whole self in
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey Pokey
And you turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.
Information About Hokey Pokey
In the U.S this popular song and dance is known as the "Hokey Pokey" and in the U.K as the "Hokey Cokey". Both versions it would seem, follow similar dance steps, with participants forming a ring and following the instructions of the song by putting various body parts "in" and "shake it all about".There are conflicting claims to the authorship of this song and it's variants.
In the U.K the song gained popularity during the 194 In America, the group The Ram Trio, recorded the song in 1949 and in 1953, bandleader Ray Anthony recorded The Hokey Pokey on the B-side of another novelty record, The Bunny Hop.
Our visitors have told us that you can also put the following things "in":
Your head
Your "fuzzy" head
Your back side
Your knees
Your elbows (really?)
